It is my passion to empower individuals through counseling. My hope is that you gain a better understanding of your own behaviors, issues and feelings through the development of insight and increased self-awareness. Our counseling journey will aim to build an alliance between us, to encourage happiness, healing and growth. You are the expert of your life and I hope to be a sounding board.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC-MHSP) in the state of Tennessee. I have nine years of experience working with children, adolescents and teens, adults of all ages as well as couples and families collectively in both private practice settings, schools and online. I enjoy working with clients of various sexual orientations, gender identities, religions and ethnicities.

While eclectic or multifaceted in my therapeutic approach, I prefer a Person-Centered approach to therapy in which you, the client, are in control and I am here to help be a guide to clarity . Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is also a form of therapy I reference frequently. This allows you to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors to promote healthier functioning and improved mood. Therapy provides me an opportunity to converse with the souls of those that I work with.

Outside of my time facilitating therapy, I enjoy cooking, shopping, watching tv/movies and going on quick getaways. I love laughter and quality time with my family.
