Welcome, I am glad that you are here!

My name is Brittney Maguire and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have 6+ years of experience in treating children, teens and adults in individual therapy, group therapy and family therapy. I earned a Master of Arts in Counseling degree from St. Edward's University in Austin Texas. I work with clients with various concerns including panic disorder, OCD, social anxiety and depression. One of my goals is to sit with each client and determine how I can support, offer tools/skills and provide a safe space to explore your experience.
My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate and supportive while assisting clients in navigating through difficult times. My approach to therapy includes use of cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness techniques. I also have training and experience in exposure and response prevention (ERP) to treat obsessive compulsive symptoms. Although these approaches to treatment are evidenced-based and very useful, it is important to me that I tailor my approach to what my clients need. This is a collaborative experience.
