I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Hawaii with over 6 years of experience. I have counseled individuals, adolescents, and families experiencing a wide range of challenges including mood disorders, trauma, interpersonal conflicts, self-harm, parent-child conflict, and life transitions. My style incorporates compassion with solution focused and Cognitive Behavioral techniques in order to aid my clients in overcoming interpersonal, emotional, behavioral, and social distress.
