Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker in TN with five years of experience treating individuals with depression, stress and anxiety, PTSD, trauma and abuse, and bipolar disorder. While these labels exist, I don’t believe that they define you as a person and want you to be able to embrace this philosophy as well.

My approach is client centered. I want to collaborate with you to create a therapy approach that is unique to your personality and needs. I utilize cognitive behavioral, humanistic, acceptance and commitment, and behavioral activation therapies.

My intention is to provide a warm and supportive environment in which you will feel safe sharing. I believe we are all human beings worthy of respect, understanding, and compassion.
