I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland and have been working in mental health for 6 years. I currently work in private practice, with adolescents and adults of all ages. I received my dual-master's degree in counselor education, with a focus in mental health counseling, from Clemson University in 2014.

I have experience working with individuals who are living with depression, bipolar disorder, grief, anxiety, and ADHD. I also have experience working with people who may be struggling with adjusting to transitional periods in their life, such as entering college, making a career change, or getting married and/or divorced.
I enjoy working with clients on developing a greater sense of self, while creating and fostering a warm, open, respectful, and interactive therapy space. My approach is a combination of person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral therapies, while also drawing influences from dialectical behavioral therapy and positive psychology. Treatment planning and interventions are dependent on each individual's needs.
