I have been working in the counseling field since 2014, but have been doing individual, group, couples, and family counseling since 2016. I graduated with my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have my license as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have my certification as a Clinical Certified Trauma Professional (CCTP) and have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. I practice using a person centered, gestalt, and CBT perspective, but willing and able to adapt in whichever way best suits you as the client.
