Hello! My name is Brittany Joseph and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. I am of Haitian descent. I have seven years of experience working with individuals who experience mental health issues and difficulties with adjusting to life changes. My experience has allowed me to support others in their most vulnerable moments. I pride myself in facilitating an environment that encourages others to take off the mask and explore the matters of the soul. Sometimes the things that we are scared of are the very things that would set us free. Fear is not worth the sacrifice of freely becoming the person that God created you to be. You will be surprised at who you will discover as you engage in your self-journey. You will learn how to accept you, flaws and all. Give yourself a chance to be amazed by the reality of who you are rather than maintaining a perception of who you think you are. My treatment approaches include but are not limited to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Problem Solving Therapy (PST), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care.
