Hello! My name is Brittany and I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner. I have worked in a wide range of settings including inpatient, outpatient, and residential behavioral health settings and am currently in private practice in rural Nebraska. I work with client affected by depression, anxiety, relationship stress, and severe and persistent mental illness.

Born and raised in rural Nebraska, I have a passion for helping folks who do not necessarily have regular access to support for their mental wellbeing. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology in 2016 and my graduate degree in Social Work in 2018.

My approach is client-centered, which really means you are in the driver’s seat. I want to be here to support you and empower you to create the best life for yourself. You are the expert, the quarterback, the CEO, and I am your right hand woman. I use a collaborative style combining cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based and humanistic approaches, amongst others. I believe each person faces a unique set of circumstances which lead them to therapy, and each person should have a unique treatment journey.

Outside of therapy, I teach dance at a local studio and enjoy spending time outdoors or with my family, including my golden retriever/ lab, Rocky.
