I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida with over seven years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem and confidence, Veteran's issues, & depression. I also have experience working with executive and professional coaching. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. My sessions at this time are mainly through messaging and live chat sessions only, so please keep that in mind when you are booking. Video and phone calls are on a case by case basis, but I am happy to discuss this with you.
