I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy to individuals of all age groups, but primary serve adult populations. I value a strong therapeutic relationship with clients as a crucial aspect of the healing process and work to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment. My theoretical orientation consists of humanistic and strength-based approaches that focus on the whole person. I have a passion for working with individuals that are struggling to process traumatic life events and experiencing a wide range of physical and emotional symptoms. I am a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist and am dedicated to meeting clients where they are so they can reach their own identified goals and vision of success.
