Life is complex and difficult to navigate alone. My mission is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental, and validating space for you to explore your experiences so that together we can help you reach a place of healing, fulfillment, and growth. I am experienced in working with children of all ages, couples, adults, and families. I am a Certified School Counselor and am specialized in treating school-based issues. I have specialized training in the field of trauma and am TF-CBT certified. I am also trained in art expressive techniques and play therapy techniques. Some of my specialty areas include: post traumatic stress, sexual and physical abuse, mood disorders, anxiety and depression, occupational issues, communication issues, codependency, addictions, coping skills training, grief, and life transitions.
