Hi there! I am a licensed clinical professional counselor, board-certified art therapist, and registered yoga teacher. I use these skills to help my clients develop the coping skills they need to grow and be confident in their authentic selves. My goal is to empower my clients to trust understand and trust they have the ability to manage the challenges, changes, and adventures life brings. I have worked with many individuals through some of the hardest times in life and helped them recognize their ability to move through them. I help my clients recognize their worth and increase their self-love. I would be happy to help find you the support you deserve to believe in yourself.
