Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Virginia. I'd first like to commend you on taking the first step in seeking support. It takes great courage to seek help and I look forward in assisting you to reaching your personal goals! In my three years practicing as an outpatient therapist, I've worked with individuals experiencing various challenges to include: depression, anxiety, work related stressors, relationship issues, low self-confidence, substance abuse and post-traumatic stress.

My counseling style is warm, motivational and solution-focused. I believe respect and compassion within the therapeutic relationship provide a strong foundation for growth; which also allow comfort within dialogue. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and motivational interviewing. As we build rapport and explore your needs, your treatment plan will be tailored to meet your goals.
