Hello! My name is Brittany Martinez LIMHP, and I specialize in trauma, domestic abuse, depression, anxiety, and family conflict. I offer a strengths-based, person-centered approach. And throughout my sessions I emphasize building strong relationships with clients, rooted in trust and open communication. My approach Together we'll work to identify and remove unhealthy patterns, while fostering personal growth. I will work with you by providing several different therapeutic techniques, such at CBT, ACT and mindfulness. My focus I draw from extensive experience across various sectors, including the construction trades, military services, and first responders, as well as intensive in-home therapy with family units and high conflict families. My communication style I offer an empathetic safe space to navigate life's challenges, while empowering you to overcome struggles, manage anxiety, and embrace positive change.
