About

I am licensed in Texas with more than 10 years of experience of providing therapy in different states, cities, and settings. I have provided street and home-based services, hospital care, and in vivo crisis intervention and assessments. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, and work-stress related concerns.
My goal, first and foremost, is to give you a comfortable and safe space to be authentically you so you can explore yourself and your world and make the improvements and changes you have been wanting. We all have a story to tell and I am here to support you in sharing it and writing your chapters as you progress and grow.

I believe in open and honest communication and that the therapy relationship should be a safe place for you learn and practice new skills and talk about those things that maybe you haven't felt comfortable telling others.

First and foremost I respect and appreciate our humanity and our stories. It is through understanding our stories that we can start to understand our worlds and make changes. I hope to work with you towards making your little slice of Earth a better place for you.
