I am a professional counselor licensed in South Carolina with 5 years of experience working as a counselor with a wide range of clients. I have worked with many parents to address their challenges with their children, and have supported teenagers and adults with working through presenting problems such as life stress, anxiety, and depression. I also have experience in working with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnoses.

My counseling approach is warm and supportive. I aim to provide a welcoming, non-judgmental attitude to the therapy relationship so that clients can feel comfortable bringing up whatever they need to address in sessions. Techniques that I use in sessions depends on client preference and presenting problem, but I am often client-centered and use some aspects of cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and solution-focused therapies. Sessions and treatment foci are tailored to client needs and preferences.
