Welcome! I'm excited you have decided to take this amazing step in becoming your best self! My name is La'Trell and I am here to help support and guide you on your life journey. Therapy can mean many different things to people. Some use therapy as a way to learn how to live again after a traumatic experience and others may feel stuck and need a little guidance. Whatever therapy means for you or wherever you are on this journey, I will support you by meeting you where you are and then we can go from there.



To tell you more about myself, I earned my bachelors degree in psychology from Hampton University (2013), obtained a masters degree in counseling from Houston Baptist University (2016) and am a licensed professional counselor in Texas (#80606). I have over six years of experience working with adolescents in various mental health specialties. Additionally, I have over five years experience as an educator for elementary to middle school grade levels that provided considerable knowledge and experience in child development and counseling. My substantial experience working with clients from varying demographics, including children, adolescents, adults and couples in areas such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, stress management, grief, trauma, abuse, family and relationship conflict, anger management, behavioral problems and other mental health concerns.
