I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in California with 10 years in the mental health field. I have a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in psychology from California Lutheran University and California State University Channel Islands. My involvement in the field of mental health has afforded me many opportunities to build a wealth of knowledge and experience with several different populations. During the process of completing my Bachelor's degree, I spent 2 years working with families with children with Autism as a respite care provider. Following my time as a care provider, I began my involvement with the substance abuse and addiction population, working as a technician, primary therapist, clinical supervisor and clinical director in several treatment centers. The units of treatment I have served are individuals, families and couples, ranging from adolescents to adults.
