The decision to enter therapy can be a challenging yet enlightening experience. I seek to create an atmosphere of safety allowing clients to feel free to explore themselves and their relationships.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania and have been practicing in the field for 5 years. Although I have experience working with individuals, I also specialize in working with couples and families. I have experience working with anxiety and depression, family dynamics, relationship and communication issues and trauma. I practice from a systemic approach, which means that I like to consider multiple factors contributing to a person's presenting issues such as family dynamics, values and beliefs, and societal influences.

When working with my client's, I prioritize treatment process in being a collaborative process. Since therapy is not "one size fits all," I will use different interventions and approaches depending on your needs and wants. This is your time! I I want you to feel comfortable in using it in the most effective way while I will provide support and guidance in that process. Ultimately, I want to empower you and support you in developing self-awareness and utilize your own introspective insights to make the changes you seek.
