I am a licensed marriage and family therapist supervisor (LMFT-S) and licensed chemical dependency counselor (LCDC) in the state of Texas. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy at some point in their life and deserve to have access to the best therapeutic care possible when they choose to seek out therapy. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families of all different shapes and sizes to reach their therapeutic goals. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, Narrative therapy, and Motivational Interviewing as appropriate to address the concerns that brought you into therapy and to achieve your therapeutic goals. As a clinician who believes in intersectionality, I strive to make therapy welcoming by acknowledging who you are as a person and recognizing how that impacts your therapeutic experience.
