About

Hello kind soul, I'm Brittany! Do you feel like you're on the "struggle bus?" Does life feel heavy, causing you to feel stagnant, or do you find that you're constantly questioning yourself? Are you noticing patterns within your life that may be rooted in trauma that you may or may not have addressed? Are you a member of the BIPOC or LGBTQ+ community searching for a therapist that you actually connect with and makes you feel seen? I have a true passion for unearthing the power within others that inspires them to live authentically as their best selves. Whether it's high functioning anxiety, life transitions, relationship distress, or dealing with oppressions of the world- I work side by side with you as we embark on a new functional and fufilling chapter of your journey. I utilize a person centered approach with every client I work with, while integrating evidence based CBT and DBT interventions if necessary. I also have additional training in both of these modalities which allows me to take an active coaching stance. My positive spirit and kind heart serve as the ultimate counterpart in my ability to reflect the truth. Additionally, I have a specialized interest in facilitating therapy with members of the BIPOC community to promote healing. I have nearly a decade of experience working in mental health treatment in a variety of clinical settings such as residential, outpatient, nonprofit, and virtually. I've worked specifically with young adults, adolescents, and adults in life transitions. My experience has granted me the opportunity to work with an array of diagnoses and varying acuity levels. I received my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch university and my pronouns are she/her. In my free time, you can catch me self-caring, traveling, or spending time with my baby girl and partner!
