About

I’ve had the privilege of providing direct mental health services to diverse individuals and families in a variety of settings for nearly a decade. My hope is to create a warm, casual space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, develop deeper insights, and discover new, healthy ways of being. I bring extensive experience and a genuine love for working with children, teens, and adults, coupled with advanced training in perinatal mental health, to help parents navigate this transformative period with greater ease and confidence. Whatever challenges you may be facing, I'm here to provide compassionate support and guidance to help you or your child move forward. My therapy style is warm, engaging, and collaborative and I believe that authentic and supportive relationships are key to healing. My philosophy is to seek to understand the whole person with genuine interest, care, and compassion. I use a tailored approach to help you reach your goals, typically combining a number of modalities including Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Providing client-centered and trauma-informed care that is culturally sensitive, strength-based, and rooted in compassion is at the heart of my work. Together we will explore how behaviors, emotions, and thoughts intertwine and collaborate on developing healthier habits. My belief is that the therapeutic relationship is the most powerful tool. My intention is to give others a positive experience with therapy.
