I am a cognitive-behavioral counselor that utilizes yoga and mindfulness-based practices licensed in New York with over 6 years of experience working as a Cognitive-Behavioral therapist, Behavior Specialist, Yoga Teacher, and Cognitive Clarity Coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including traumatic brain injuries, autism, intellectual disabilities, executive functioning dysfunction, processing disorders, family dynamics, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD. I also have incorporated meditation and gentle yoga into my practice to provide a holistic experience for my clients.

My counseling style is kind, energetic, and interactive. I believe that the key to a happy life is getting to know ourselves better. I am driven to provide my clients with psychoeducational knowledge on what they are looking to overcome, to create a tool kit for sustainable wellbeing.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness stress reduction therapy practices to analyze your thoughts, actions, and emotions so you can reclaim clarity in each present moment. The result comes from the consistent practice of presence over time and a safe space to reflect and adjust as necessary.
