Brittany utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment that draws on the strengths of different methodologies to create a comprehensive treatment approach for each individual client. Examples include Cognitive Behavioral approaches, Internal Family Systems theory, and Positive psychology models. Brittany has experience working with individuals, groups, couples, and families with various issues in a wide range of populations. Her areas of clinical interest include: healthy relationships, communication skills, conflict management, anxiety, body image, self-esteem, and career counseling. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based. It is my belief that you are the expert on you. My approach is collaborative in nature.
