My name is Brittany, and I’ve been a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) for the past three years. I believe all individuals can change and adapt despite the many obstacles that life often presents. My therapeutic practice began working with young children, teens, and families facing adversity such as community violence, generational trauma, and cultural stress due to acculturation. I am a non-binary POC/Latinx therapist with visible tattoos and vibrant hair color changes with the seasons. I enjoy using a strength-based approach in therapy and feel that all individuals have the necessary skills or tools to work through anything with the right guide. I also believe it is critical to incorporate cultural diversity, autonomy, and gender identity in my therapeutic practice.
