Hello, I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. I have worked in multiple clinical setting and with people presenting with a wide variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, communication problems, issues setting healthy boundaries, self-esteem and body image, substance abuse, and PTSD. I have worked with people struggling with current issues affecting their daily lives and those struggling with healing from past trauma and abuse.

My counseling style is compassionate and collaborative and includes client-centered, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, solution-focused, and trauma-focused counseling. I believe in treating everyone with respect and providing a nonjudgmental, safe space to address concerns. I strive to make sure my clients feel safe and accepted throughout therapy. I will work with you to create a unique plan to address your individual needs and concerns.
