Brittany is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and also a licensed Professional Counselor. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace College and a Master of Science with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Akron. Brittany follows a systemic and integrative approach, that includes a cognitive, neurobiological, and dialectical approach to helping clients heal emotionally. She has experience with couples counseling, trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression, grief, divorce and loss. Her goal is to help those who struggle with adjusting to life events or self esteem issues, build confidence and learn emotion regulation. Brittany helps rebuild marriages and relationship dynamics to help reduce symptoms from conflict or stress, improve communication, heal relationships with others, while empowering her clients. Brittany enjoys working with adults and couples! She specializes in working with those who are experiencing struggles with Adjustment, Anxiety, Grief, and Self Esteem. Her Brainspotting specialty makes for an effective and unique counseling experience. Brittany holds sessions virtually. She is able to support clients from all over the state of Ohio.
