Hello! I’m so honored to walk with you in your journey. I look forward to connecting! I have worked with children, families and parents for over 13 years. Some things I can help you navigate are feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, self-harm, intrusive thoughts, navigating family stress, and trauma. In particular, I work well with folks who have experienced trauma, including adoption/foster care. I work particularly well with teens and parents including foster/adoptive parents or parents of children who have experienced trauma at any age. Folks find me authentic, warm, funny and easy to talk to.
