I help adults between the ages of 25 and 60 struggling with constant worry, fear, and anxious, looping thoughts that prevent them from doing the things they love. In our work together they learn mindfulness techniques to slow their intrusive thoughts, cognitive behavioral skills to manage their stressors, and healthy tools to handle the curveballs that life often throws. Confident in their new strengths, they navigate the tides of change with inner peace and the ability to be truly present. In addition, I help adults 25-60 who have experienced a singular or ongoing traumatic event in their lives, and are now struggling with the impact it's having on their present day. In our work together, they learn to reprocess the negative experience in a meaningful way; fading their emotional and physical trauma response. With a new sense of peace and control, they're able to live a more connected and joyful present.
