Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 5 years of experience providing counseling services. I have worked in a school-based setting, outpatient community mental health setting and acute inpatient setting. I have experience working with adults, teens and children. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), EMDR therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Solution-Focused therapy to help my clients reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. My goal is to help my clients become future-focused and learn healthy ways to cope with the vast array of thoughts and emotions one may experience throughout the different seasons of life.
