I am an LCSW in Connecticut with 10 years of professional work experience in a variety of settings with different populations. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & depression. I am also certified with the American Diabetes Association and have years of work in helping counsel Type 1 Diabetics.
It is hard to take the first step and search for a therapist, so I applaud you in doing so.
