Hi there! I am thrilled that you have started your journey to wholeness! My name is Brittani and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nine years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse field. I have worked with several populations presenting a wide range of concerns. I have counseling experience in mental health, addiction treatment, and the criminal justice field. I have counseled populations ranging from adolescent youth to the elderly.
My counseling approach is versatile, and I use a range of therapeutic techniques, including: Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Though these techniques are in my repertoire, I follow a personal ethos of meeting the client where they are in their individual journey. I believe healing is available for all who seek to find it.
Every person has a path to healing and wholeness. My role is to come alongside you and assist you with identifying barriers that may be hindering your path to emotional wellness. Together, I am confident we can overcome any impediments along the way to your personal fulfillment and come out stronger on the other side of the journey.
