About

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Mississippi with over 8 years of experience working with individuals and couples. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, betrayal trauma, and sex addiction. I'm a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT) both through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) and most recently became trained to offer Brainspotting.

My counseling style is interactive and my goal is to create a safe environment for my clients to process and work through the things that bring them in. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and attachment based counseling. I will tailor our work together to try and best meet your unique and specific needs.
