I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a variety of experiences working with individuals throughout their lifespan. I work collaboratively with clients to assist them in moving towards healing and integration, acknowledging and validating the struggles along the way while also reorienting clients towards their strengths. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression using evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I strongly believes each individual is filled with potential for growth and joy. I understand therapy can be both rewarding and challenging and I am here to walk alongside you in the movement from potentiality to creating the actuality of the meaningful life you’ve desired.
