Hello, I'm a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) who helps adults overcome the negative effects of stressful or traumatic life experiences. I specialize in upsetting events, trauma, anxiety disorders, and relationship and marital issues. I have over 20 years of experience helping people heal from depression, anxiety, interpersonal and relational trauma, emotional and physical abuse, divorce, post-traumatic stress disorder, and self-esteem matters. I also have expertise in narcissism, pathological relationship dynamics, and narcissistic abuse in all forms and in all types of relationships. I focus on helping individuals and couples build a repertoire of strategies to manage their distressful symptoms, identify learned patterns, unhelpful ways of thinking, rewire their brains, resolve trauma, and access their strengths and use them as leverage to work through their upsetting events, fears, anxiety, and blindspots. Through our work together, my clients gain deeper insight and awareness so they can get ‘unstuck’, lead happier and more fulfilling lives, and build deeper and more meaningful relationships.
