Hi there, I'm Brigitte! Brigitte Arelis, LMFT. My background includes working with individuals from 5-70 years old. I work with people who are suffering from depression, anxiety or just struggling with managing everyday tasks. I believe that my diverse experience can help you accept and embrace your true self as you embark on this journey of self-love and self-discovery. My approach I use a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution focus. My focus I have over 15 years of experience working in a therapeutic setting. I take pride in providing quality care. My communication style I provide a warm, calm, and friendly environment. My journey to therapy My passion is providing others with a judgment-free zone. I want to provide a safe space in order to feel safe enough to process your feelings/trauma, gain insight, and experiment with new methods in order to heal. My goals for you I'm electric with my techniques to assist clients in setting goals, your treatment is based on what works best for you, on an individual level. My first session with you I offer an empathetic and warm presence that provides clients with a safe place to have honest dialogue and strive in helping clients reach their goals.
