Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker in Texas with 5 years of experience. I have had the opportunity to work with diverse client populations. My experience ranges in working with clients who experience issues with managing depression and anxiety, addictions, post partum depression, career challenges (including exclusion in the workplace), relationship issues and parenting issues. I have also worked with people who experience trauma, abuse, grief and loss.

My counseling style mimics a conversation with a friend who is wanting to help you help yourself. I believe in providing a safe space for clients to remain genuine and true to self. I believe in treating people with respect and compassion. I believe in providing a non judgmental zone that is void of stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, rational-emotive counseling and motivational interviewing. All clients I have the opportunity of working with are unique and deserving of a treatment plan that they are involved in and meets their specific needs.
