I am licensed as a clinical social worker in Minnesota with 20 years of professional work experience. I have a strengths-based, values-focused approach. You are the narrator of your life, and sometimes with a few small changes to how we write the story--how we see ourselves, others, and our environment--we can make a major impact on our well-being, self-esteem, and choices. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues at work and at home, work stresses and conflicts, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and big life changes. I also have experience in executive and professional coaching. I work with clients to create a safe and trusting environment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life. I believe that we all have the power to heal, grow, and create new awareness and understanding. Talking to someone outside of our circle of friends and family and being asked some questions can create incredible insight that can lead to an overall improvement in well-being.
