I am licensed in both Illinois and Iowa and have over 15 years of professional clinical experience. My primary areas of expertise are in the areas of substance use disorders, personality disorders, trauma and mood disorders. I also have a professional passion for the therapeutic work needed to build and maintain healthy relationships and interpersonal connections. My therapeutic style is eclectic, drawing from a mix of therapy styles to individualize the experience to the needs of each client. Additionally, I work to keep each client's unique psychosocial experiences within the focus of treatment.
