We will tailor our therapy sessions to serve your unique needs, your personality, past experiences and current situation. Together we will build a toolbox of coping skills to bring you a sense of empowerment and control over your body, your mind, and your choices. I will help you to rewrite the blueprint of your relationship with yourself, so that you can approach your mind, body, and soul from a place of deep respect, compassion and love. We will use an eclectic approach to our sessions, with your choice of a variety of talk therapies, somatic coping skills, and trauma informed yoga. I'm ready when you're ready.
