I believe in meeting the client where they are at that best fits their needs from Cognitive Behavioral therapy to Solution Focused therapy and beyond. From our work together, you will gain clarity on what truly matters to you. You will learn to trust your own feelings and inner wisdom. In a typical therapy session, my focus is on being present with you, witnessing your story, encouraging emotional expression, and supporting health, accountable behaviors. I believe that each person is doing the best he or she can at any moment to try and meets basic needs for safety, security, belonging, esteem, dignity, meaning and purpose. Lets find out what works for you to heal. I believe in trying to provide you with tools that you can use after sessions to continue heal and grow with.
