Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience working as a mental health therapist in a community mental health setting. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including severe trauma and neglect, untreated childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parent-child difficulties and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have helped many children and families who have experienced physical trauma, emotional abuse, neglect, lack of healthy attachment and sexual abuse. I have worked with clients age 8 months to 25 years.

My therapy style is warm, interactive and strengths-based. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, narrative therapy and motivational interviewing. I believe that you are the driver of your care and will work with you on your identified needs and build on your identified strengths.
