Hello and welcome!
I have been in the helping field since 2012 and began counseling in 2017 prior to graduating with my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington and Florida and a Nationally Certified Counselor. I am also currently in a doctoral program for Counselor Education and Supervision.

I have experience working with a broad range of severity of clinical issues. Much of my counseling experience is with high school-aged students who are experiencing crisis or struggling with the effects of trauma, depression, or anxiety. I utilize my specialized training in trauma-informed care to best support my clients and their families. I also work with students and student athletes who are struggling to manage student demands (academic pressure, time-management, decision making) and struggling with college or career transitions.

I specialize in working with transition-aged youth and adults. I provide evidenced-based services in creative and innovative ways. I strive to create an environment that is safe, and promotes wellness and comfort. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship and being a nonjudgmental person who can help my client gain insight and find their own answers.
