The only cards we have to play with are the one's life deals to us, and my mission is to help teens and young adults learn to win with the hand they were dealt. Trauma, depression, anxiety, are some common challenges facing youth today; however, many are not sent out into the world with the confidence and skills to navigate them. In targeting these concerns, I work to establish resiliency, instill confidence, and strengthen the foundations that will foster a healthy and successful life ahead. My ideal client is one who is eager to shed the weight of their past by embracing new ideas and concepts along the way.

I have over 4 years of combined experience working with youth, families, and adults stabilizing recurrent and acute crises and treating trauma and mental illnesses. I am a Certified Trauma Practitioner-Clinical (CTP-C), and utilize various client-centered techniques to help teens and young adults thrive in spite of trauma and mental health disturbances.
