I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in North Carolina with 3 years of experience providing therapy to Families, Couples, individuals in rural and urban settings to all socioeconomic status. I've worked with a variety of clients struggles anxiety, depression, bi-polar, family issues, LGBTQ specifics- coming out to the family, accepting one's self as they are, living your best life in a non acceptance environment. I have further specialization in Trauma Therapy for anyone who is suffering from a traumatic event in their life. Lastly, I work with clients struggling with intimacy concerns and sex therapy.

My therapy style is focused on helping clients find and live in their own peace. Sometimes we need help finding our way there. I will help you untangle those feelings and find a new balance, leading to creating more moments of happiness in your life and relationships. Together we will build upon your strengths and resources, allowing you to spend more time feeling happiness and able to manage difficult situations successfully.
