I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW 94792). I graduated from Cal State University, Stanislaus in 2013 with my Bachelors Degree in Psychology and received my Masters Degree in Social Work in 2017. I have an extensive professional background which includes working as a behaviorist with children ages 0-3 years old, diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, a clinician in a locked psychiatric facility for adults, and an Outpatient clinician with children, adolescents, and families. I am a strength-based therapist; my therapeutic approach is eclectic, including, but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I work with my clients on individual, familial, and social levels in order to facilitate both personal change and creating lasting support networks. I consider myself to be a down-to-earth therapist with a heart for working with youth and families. Throughout the years I have narrowed my passions to working with young adults with anxiety, depression, and who may be going through major life transitions such as getting jobs, preparing for college, etc. I also find value in working with parents to help navigate difficult times with their children in order to help repair, support, and maintain loving and nurturing relationships.
