Hi, I'm Brianna I am a licensed mental health counselor and Nationally Certified Mental Health counselor providing clinical services in Florida. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field which includes working with children and adults within the community (inpatient and outpatient) and correctional environment (jail and prison). It's often said that if "life gives you lemons, make lemonade". But what if you never receive the lemon, what if you have no pitcher, no sugar or water? I assist in helping to manage anger, anxiety and depression associated with the daily experiences life throws your way as not everyone is afforded the same opportunities. We all need a little help sometimes to help point us in the right direction.
