I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I work with a variety of issues ranging from anxiety and depression to self-esteem and compassion fatigue. I provide focused interventions that help you accomplish the goals that are most important to you. It takes courage to seek out help and I intend to support you with the best resources available.
