I specialize in trauma, addiction, anxiety, etc. I work with clients to uncover unhealthy patterns and family dynamics in order to live life more authentically and with joy/ease. Many people go through life on autopilot and struggle with challenging automatic negative thoughts. I help clients find their inner resilience and learn healthy coping skills through brain and body based healing such as EMDR and mindfulness. I offer EMDR intensives (longer sessions than 1 hr) for those who don't have time to come to therapy weekly and want to work through their trauma memories at a faster pace. I have sessions available during after hours and weekends in order to make therapy accessible. I’ve been honored to hold healing space for clients walking through many challenges for the last 7 years facing addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, etc. I invite you to contact me and look forward to working with you on your healing journey!
