I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, social issues, substance misuse, addiction, autism spectrum disorder, and trauma. I have worked with adolescents and adults in the family, group, and individual sessions; much of my professional growth has come from working with high school students. I use my age and experiences as a teen to connect with teens, creating an accepting and judgement free space to make positive changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe you are more than your mental health. My approach combines many different types of therapies and is centered around you. No one is the same and neither are their experiences, therapy is tailored to you and your needs to create the most likely opportunity for success. We will work together on the areas where you feel you are struggling most and explore different ideas in order to make positive changes in your life. I believe it takes strength to work through the things in your life that may be holding you back or down. It takes courage to ask for help.
